Hello! My name is Kristin Tierney and I am an occupational therapist in the Millburn School District in Wadsworth/ Lindenhurst, IL. I work in a K-8 public school but mostly work with children in Kindergarten - 3rd grade. I live in Muskego Wisconsin with my husband and two sons, ages 6 and 20 months. I am an avid soccer player and love to bike and run. I also enjoy scrapbooking, reading and watching movies. My husband and I love to travel so to pick a favorite is difficult. I think I would have to pick any place warm that I can sink my toes into the sand and smell salt water.
Hi--My name is Julie and I have been teaching for 20 years. I started as a fifth grade teacher at Templeton Middle School in Sussex, WI. After being there for three years the fifth grade moved back to the elementary school. There was an opportunity to move up to sixth grade and I took it.I have been teaching sixth grade ever since. I have taught all subjects but right now I am responsible for Science and Social Studies. My husband and I have two boys ages 10 and 13. We are very active in all sports depending on the season. My oldest is very involved in soccer and my youngest can't wait for tackle football. As a family we love to travel. With the weather we are having now I would love anywhere that is warm. However, seeing that the boys got snowboards for Christmas, I think we will be on the slopes this weekend.
